THE PURSE PROJECT 2

Well I have made another one this week (the last one was made last week) This time for a friend. She gave me the fabric last week at church, and I got right to work. Hoping to get it done before Sunday, that way I didn't have to worry about it later. Well I was able to finish it this week!! She picked out some BRIGHT fabric, one that is her style, which was fun to play with!!

Here it is all Finished!!

And there you have it!! The Bright Sunshine Purse!! Thanks Chels for giving me another project to do!! I hope you are happy with it!!

THE PURSE PROJECT

Sorry I have not been posting for a while, it seems Hannah and I take turns posting! :) Well I have been busy with those purses I mentioned I would be doing. This one I made to sell on my etsy shop, which you can see on the side bar.

Here are a few pics of the Project.

The Clasp

The inside pockets, made out of the outer fabric.

There you have it another one made. If any of you are interested in me making one for you, with a certain fabric, let me know, I wouldn't mind taking orders.

That's all for today folks.

Hope you have a nice weekend.

Please Press!

When I was younger and had much less experience in sewing, I would read the pattern, and when it said press seams, or iron the bodice, I just kinda skipped over it thinking that it didn't really matter wether I ironed it or not........ Wrong.  It is so important that you iron, and press when it tells you to when you are sewing, it turns out much nicer and is much easier to sew when you do it that way.  So please, please, please next time you are sewing and you come to the part when it tells you to iron.... Don't skip over it.  <3

4th of July Dresses!

Some of you probably already know this but I just wanted to tell y'all that I made little girl dresses!!  Yay! I have a new mania!  They are totally one of my favorite things to make at the moment.

I made this one for a little girl at our church, I love making things for little girls, the way that they look at you when they say "Thank-You"  makes it all worth it.

I made this one for my sister Liberty.  She looks so cute in it, I wanted to get some pictures with the little girls actually wearing the dresses, but I couldn't at the moment. (who knows maybe one of these days I will)

This was the first one that I made, I love this one also!

These dresses were super easy to make, and fun too!  I cant wait to get the chance to make more little girl dresses!

~My Little Ballerina~

made Liberty this dress to match her sisters ballet dresses,  because my mom had extra material left over from theirs.  She looks like an absolute doll in it!

Sorry these pics aren't very good, I didn't have very good lighting.
